Please note:

 Children 12 and under are free and must be accompanied by a responsible ticket-bearing adult.
•
 A $1.50 shipping & handling fee will be added for each ticket ordered online or via mail-order.
•
 All tickets will be mailed via USPS certified mail EXCEPT for tickets ordered after December 24, 2005, and tickets ordered from international locations. Those tickets will be held at the Tournament Will Call Desk at the Wailea Golf Clubhouse, and may be picked up during the event. Please be prepared to show proper identification when you pick up your tickets.

 No refunds, exchanges or replacements for lost or stolen tickets or inclement weather.
